    Hi,
I downloaded Foxit Reader for Linux from here : http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/desklinux/
I extracted the file and it seems that there's no installion. You simply run it. I copied the file to /usr/share/applications/
OK, so I decided to leave it in the Documents folder. I right clicked a pdf file > open with other application > other > located Foxit Reader but it opens plain Foxit Reader, no document! And if I press Open > locate the pdf file > open, then it closes. Any fix for this ?
I like Foxit better than Adobe because it is lighter and opens faster.
    Any help appreciated.

Foxit doesn't work, see here for some recommended alternatives (and yes, Acrobat sucks the big one whether on windows or linux): viewtopic.php?f=5&t=8918&p=57566
