    Hi Forumers,

I've been using my linux aspire one for a few weeks now, getting used to linpus and through trial and error and a couple of recoveries, I'm doing ok except for Freedink, which not matter what I try, I cannot get it to remove all the packages.

I have tried 'sudo yum remove freedink' and that doesn't get rid of everything.

I have tried removing it via the package manager, and the game still runs even after that process.

I did also try to remove the files manually to simply save space but the amount of folders involved are a nightmare.

So, can anyone help me out with this?

Also I have a second question... is there a way in Thunar to let me delete the Freedink/Dink folders all at once 'a la Windoze'? I notice that the usr/share/ folders are restricted (with good reason) but it would be nice to override that for the purpose of getting rid of Freedink.

    Thanks to any who help.

EDIT: I just opened a Terminal by right-clicking in the /usr/share/ folder and did the SU command, gave my password and then typed Thunar which opens thunar in root mode, and then I deleted the folders I needed to, hurrah. I'm so glad Windoze hasn't made me COMPLETELY deaf, dumb and blind.
