Freezing AO751h

    Ok a week ago I bought a 751 with xp on it, but sometimes I really get frustrated... The screen just freezes on random moments, and the only way out is to hold the off button. I really can't find the link to what is wrong. I tried using it with only the adapter and no accu, I upgraded the bios to 3204 but both with no succes :cry: And it isn't that I am using to much it can handle even with only using explorer or chrome it freezes :? Who has a thought that can help me ?

    I have an Acer 5735 with the same kind of problem but I have found that no freezing takes place provided I leave it plugged into the mains the whole time. Not an ideal solution I know but maybe somebody else could help us both

    This is a fairly common situation with this model of netbook. See this thread for more users with this same issue.

    It appears to be a hardware issue.
