Brand new aspire one - 160gb HD, 1GB Ram, 6-cell, WinXP.

My a1 frequently crashes when connected via ethernet or wirlessly. I get a blue screen, then the computer drops back to the BIOS with a message about the ethernet/wireless card. It just hangs there and I need to restart the computer using the power button. It doesn't happen all the time, but happens enough that it's becoming a problem.

Is this a hardware problem? Should I try a clean reinstall using the Acer's recovery software?

    Thanks
