Gaming laptop help

Hi, I need some advice with buying a new gaming laptop.
What I need is a gaming laptop that can run all games at reccomended settings and will continue to stay competent for a few more years. I will provide you with some minimal spec requirements, and I would like to know if you have any recommendation for a laptop that is within those requirements but with minimal price. I would like the price to be less than 2000 euros, but ideally less than 1500 euros. If none of those are possible, inform me how much above my budget would i have to go.
Also, I am from Croatia if that plays a role.
Now here are some minimum requirements.
1 TB ssd
16 gb ram
Rtx 3060 or sth in that range
I dont know what cpu but one that will able to perform like I mention for a couple more years
1440p and 144hz display
Solid battery life (more than 6.5h or ideally around 11h) and good cooling system
Preinstalled windows
Lan, bluetooth, displayport included
I would be very greatful if someone could provide a recommendation.
