Anybody do it? - i heard you can boot times of 14 seconds with gentoo - would be nice to get the new AAO 1447, get rid of xp, and put Gentoo on it.

I started a blog up with the intent to talk about gentoo on an aao. I haven't written that much yet. http://www.skyshadows.net. Right now I'm working on full partition encryption with booting from a usb key + gpg encrypted key files. I'll post a good xorg.conf file and a .config kernel file for 2.6.26 and some other things you need to do to get it working properly later in the week. That A110L article isn't entirely accurate, but I haven't had a chance to go through and fix things in it.
