Most of you probably already know that, but I 'd like to remind you of it as I haven't seen a discussion on this forum about it: if you are a university student, you can get Windows 7 Home or Pro or Office 2007 for £30/$30. Just Google "Windows 7 student deal" and you will get Microsoft's website address for it.
All you need is a valid university email address.

Also remember that Windows 7 is (apparently) fully compatible with netbook systems. So if you have the hard drive version of the AA1, don't bother with stripped down and pirated version of Windows 7.

I've just downloaded mine, and I've paid an additional £9 to get it on a DVD too. Will install this in the coming days...

I installed Windows 7 Home Premium on my 751, works well, my netbook actually seems to run quicker and smoother than it did with XP.

I have Windows 7 Ultimate on an AOD150 with 2GB of RAM and it runs beautifully even with Aero turned on.
