gmameui + r-type = ok

do not try sdlmame it's really slow (even with disabling opengl, window=1 and -noresize option)
take gmameui + xmame (sudo yum install xmame gmameui) , take rtype.zip rom file from rom-world for example, and you have the old good r-type game running very well !!!

note : roms zip file have to be copied to /usr/lib/game/xmame/roms/ folder

EDIt : I forgot to say, you would like to add joydev : download/file.php?id=232
to use joypad.

xmame was also not available via yum install command, but I found it somewhere else and installed it. But what about gmameui ? Where can I find it ? I got the source, tried to compile it (after installing gcc), but the compile couldn't find zlib (although it's installed)... Are there any other good frontends ?? Help :/
