I suppose the 'Yes' means 'Go for Transcend PC 6400'

Any reasonable brand DDr2 800 MHz PC 6400 SODIMM will do.

The specs ask for a 663 MHz variant, it seems the 800 MHz variant runs a bit cooler being underclocked. Price difference is minimal.

I found the following at Fry's Electronics web site:

Is this OK for a D150? I'm getting tired of FireFox chewing up all available memory; I realize that it will still do so even with 2gb of RAM, but it will take longer.

I've been using that stick for several months now. It works great, just realize it will only run at 533, that's the D150 mobo limit. That's ok though, since underclocking memory gives better performance, and in this case CPU-Z shows it running at DDR2 1:2 266 (DDR2 makes that 533) 4-4-4-12-16, plenty fast for a netbook.

Webpages do load a bit snappier after upgrading to 2g, probably due to more memory being available for allocation to graphics/media, which todays webpages are saturated with.

I have the Transcent JM800QSU-2G 256M x 64bits DDR2-800 SO-DIMM in mine. No problems at all and it does not run hot. My games run better also.
