gtk1 font issues

    I've been trying to get xmms and gentoo going on linpus, and I've hit a problem. Everything is fine, except that every character in every gtk window is a 'broken glyph' rectangle. I tried changing the default font in /etc/gtk/gtkrc, but no dice. Anyone else get gtk1 apps working in linpus?

    You might try posting to a GTK forum, if you haven't already.
