Has anyone gotten VLC working on the internal webcam?

    I've dl'ed and installed VLC without problem. Plays most videos that I throw at it, no problem.

    But I can't seem to get it to work with the Aspire "Crystal Eye" webcam.

    Any ideas?

    FWIW, I've also tried 'Cheese' and 'XawTV', but neither can see the web cam either.
