Hdd frozen packard bell easynote te

Hi.. hope got to the right place.
Long story short. The hard drive had to be replaced.. ended up with one from online store.
Installed new hdd. tried recovery disc.. wound up in Bios? page. noticed that HDD Frozen comes up in security tab..
am able to change all other paswords but not this one. is greyed out. tried set to defaults. but same result. tried booting straight from disc but same result. to add to the fun its all in french..
this laptop came with windows 8 but I upgraded it to windows ten.

Trying to recover password can be near impossible.

If you have the old drive and it can be copied then you may stand a chance.

This program will help you clone it mini partition

Other than that you may end up reformatting it and reinstalling windows again.

If you have the serial number then you can still obtain a windows iso
using this program.
