HELP ACER ZG5

I brought an acer zg5 for my daughter and i'm having problems. i have to say i know nothing about computers apart from looking on websites lol, so i really could do with help!. what it is is i brought this 2nd hand and someone has installed windows 7 on it, the thing is it's got not many programs on the netbook but the hard drive is saying it is full to capacity, also it has no acer erecovery on, i tried pressing alt and f10 but i can't seem to get it back to factory settings, this is basically what i want to do, get it back to factory restore for her so she can have it next month for her birthday!...i would really apperciate any help i can get, thanks guys

 

Click on the start button bottom left, type restore,try the restore to an earlier point to see if the last owner had recorded one.

Question: are you sure that the acer erecovery partition is missing? Its worth loading Easeus partition master home (free version) to see if the pqservice partition is still present.

Sometimes you need to be very fast after pressing to on button pressing the ALT AND F10 together for the acer erecovery to work.
