HELP After Changing hard drive.

    I'm a d250 user. My Prevoius Hard drive gave me a beeping sound, then google'd it and found out that the disk are not rotating anymore. So I bought a new HDD, now my problem is reinstalling my previous XP Home. I don't have external CD/DVD rom, I've already tried the "USB way" but I only got BSOD, I;ve already change AHCP to IDE in BIOS, but still got BSOD, is there any other way?
