Help! can`t connect zif cable to mk3008GAL

    Hi, i just dismantle my aao, and got my fresh mk3008gal and zif cable in my hands and i just simply cant put it into te hdd zif socket..

    i know.. im not supose to ask but, i just dont want to break anything or something :F

    so i have to questions.
    1. How to put it in to the zif socket??
    2. which side? i mean which one to the top of the hdd (with the label on it). The empty one or with the blue marks?

    please.. help !

    edit: ok i used sand paper to make it thiner... i checked everything before putting all toghether and it works fine. but right know when i have my aao ready to install win xp, bios says 'no device' ;/

    does enybody have a spare zif cable ? ;/ i cant buy it in poland..

    I've got a MK6028GAL to install in My Aspire one ,, Does anyone have a Picture that shows HOW the Cable hooks into the ZIF Connector..

    a think u just need to use a sand paper to make it thinner, but be carefule, dont do it too much
