Help me please, not sure to send it in!

    Ok first of all I got my AA1(8.9/160GB/WinXP/1GBram) used but with warranty till 11/09.

    Second, the keyboard is a little messed up. The D key is really hard to get to register, meaning I have to press hard to type. My monitor is missing one rubber thing and the 4 that go on the bottom.(rubber feet).

    Other than that I have no issues that I've noticed. Now my question is, If I chose to send it in, will they fix those things? Im scared to send it in just to get a broken LCD or someting. Any advice? I've heard so many horror stories about CS.

    Personally, I would buy the parts and install myself. Almost the same price as shipping the unit out for warranty.

    you paid for the warranty, might as well use it. as for shipping, just pack it securely and it should be fine.
