Help Please

    Got a new machine and installed xp in french by mistake. The recovery recovers in french everytime. Out of ideas.

    I don't understand what you mean. Do you mean that when you bought the machine it came with a french version of XP installed? Did it come with another operating system installed? I don't understand how you could have installed a french version of xp by mistake. Did you just have a french version of XP lying around and you decided to install it without noticing what language it was?

    If you just bought an AA1 then it should have XP installed and if it is a foreign language version you should take it back to the shop and replace it.

    If he bought the AA1 in Canada, you have the option of choosing to either install French or English windows XP

    Then I would take it back and get the English version.
