Help Upgraded RAM but doesnt work after BIOS Upgrade

    I installed HYNIX 1G PC-4200 in the laptop.
    In Bios sometimes it shoes 512 sometimes it shoes 1536. Same goes with windows.
    I have an A0A 150 with 160G harddrive and windows xp with BIOS 3305.

    I upgraded to BIOS 3310 and now in bios it only shows 512 and in windows 512 but with CPU-Z but 1024.

    I downgraded to BIOS 3309 and have same results as with BIOS3310
    I downgraded to BIOS 3308 and have same results as with BIOS3310
    I downgraded to BIOS 3307 and have same results as with BIOS3310
    Downgraded back to 3305 and its not showing 1536Meg anymore!!!
    HELP!!

    Also tried the restore BIOS
