Help with old screen

Hello, I recently found and dismantled an old 2005 HP laptop. It didn’t boot so I took the screen off and was wondering if anyone knows what type of cable this is, so I could get an adapter to HDMI or VGA. I’ve attached pictures, and thanks in advance!
