Help with Thunderbird

    hi guys

    i've just installed thunderbird v 2.0.0.19 and i have been trying to get it to work with my yahoo mail. i downloaded ypops but after extracting the files from the tar file, i am not able to get it to work. i also tried getting the webmail extensions with the yahoo mail widget, but 'm told that they arent compatible with firefox 2.

    please help me in setting up a ymail account.

    Hi RCHI84,

    I use TB with multiple accounts both POP3 and SMTP but never been near yahoo so I would Google, as a general rule you need to enter ymail.com into the supported domain list (see Yahoo
    extension options panel). ;)
    server name = localhost
    user name = full email address
