    Hi,

    I'm new to Linux and recently posted a query about my acer aspire not being able to mount memory cards, etc (unable to mount usbs). I've checked other forums and on different versions of Linux people have suggested the following:

    <match action="org.freedesktop.hal.storage.*">
    <return result="yes"/>
    </match>

    is it one i can use on Linpus, or would it need to be adapted?

    I'm worried about making a bad situation worse by entering a dodgy command. If the one above is correct do i just enter it one line at a time into the CLI (without the <>)?

    I would greatly appreciate any advise you can give?

    Thanks

    M
