help!!

    hi all
    i have a problem
    every time i try to download a new program on to the laptop from the internet it goes through archiver program but it never manages to unzip the file ?
    any suggestions?

    - what do you mean it goes through ??
    - what is the archiver program??

    if you're talking about downloading a zip file, after the download is completed, and the file saved just open it up with winzip or winrar (archiver program?) and from there drag and drop the files you want to unzip in their destination location.
