My AAO was being bad... It was dying after 5 minutes of use... on both AC and battery, so since it was close to finals and all my documents were on a SD card, i put it on my to-do list and did other stuff... Now i finally try to fix it... .and miricle enough, works fine off boot... but my 70-80 dollar 9 cell battery will no longer charge... but my OEM battery will which says its the battery. I was wondering if there is ANY hope for it and if there is ANYTHING i can do... cause after all i am a college kid which equals no money... and i really really really want a 8 hour battery life. if you need ANY more details feel free to ask and i'll do my best to help.

    Did you try this

    XP operationg system?
Update to 3309 bios (if you have the Aspire One 150)
    http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers/no ... e_150.html

Unzip the file and go to the winflash folder. Use insdydeflash.exe. Everything you need is in the winflash folder if you are running XP.
