How can i have "home key" working?

    When using Xfce, i have heared that the "home" key does not work?! So i havent put the normal desktop or what ever on(i mean the xfce thingy).. Is it so? And if it is, has anyone figured out how to get home key minimising all programs and back to desktop?

    Sorry if i miss posted the subject, but i diddnt find any better spot to post it...
