How do I get Blue Tooth working with the DBT-120 dongle?

    I installed gnome blue tooth packages 0.9.1-3 fc8 i386. No errors on install. In the right click menu is system, bluetooth file sharing.
    When I click on it, nothing happens. How do I get blue tooth working? And where is the pairing control panel hidden?
