I have tried to install VideoLAN but it didn't turn out well, so does anyone know how to install VideoLAN (VLC), all necessary steps, please?

I don't know if it matters, but I use a AA1 110 with Linpus Lite (standard version).

It didn't work, I got this as a result at the end of many rows of processing:

Error: Missing Dependency: libpulse.so.0(PULSE_0) is needed by package vlc
Error: Missing Dependency: libopendaap.so.0 is needed by package vlc-core
Error: Missing Dependency: libdvdnav.so.4 is needed by package vlc-core

What do I do now? Do I have to install VLC once again or does it only need some extra code?

It is a suspicious amount of files to install. Why all this to get VLC working?

...and how do I get a VLC icon on my Fun menu?

I managed to get the icon on my desktop menu, but I get this error message when I open VLC:

    Unable to open '%U'

VLC seems to work, but what does the message mean?
