I have an Acer Aspire One 753 and I use it for university. It has worked superbly but the laptop lid/screen is loosening. Is there a way to fix this? And when I ask this, I don't mean with pieces of paper and blue-tack or similar. I hate it when it jiggles when I put it down or pick it up with the lid open...

I looked all over this forum to find a solution but I didn't see anything relevant so I'm posting here. I would really appreciate a solution.

    Thank you in advance.

When you say your lid is loosening, do you mean the hinges are getting loose and the screen opens and closes with minimal effort? Or do you mean the screen feels like it's being detatched from the hinges and it's starting to flop about in all directions?
