Ok so i got an Acer AOA15-. The original BIOS on it would not let me charged the battery. So i decided to upgrade the bios... Well Like an Idiot I put the bios and upgrade tool on a flash drive and did the bios upgrade and after the program finished like a bigger idiot I took out the flash drive while the computer was shutting down and got an error message in windows saying "removing this drive will cause hardware errors" and the system froze. I shut it off and now it wont turn back on.
    I tried doing this
"If you understand the risk of flash BIOS, here are the following:

    - You need USB stick here, so get it one if you haven’t and format it with FAT
    - Download the latest BIOS through the link located below of the post,
and put both FLASHIT.EXE and the BIOS file in the root directory of
    the USB stick.
    - It’s important to rename the BIOS file to ZG5IA32.FD. Do not remove
    the USB stick.
    - Turn the Acer Aspire One off and make sure both battery and AC
    adapter are connected.
    - Press Fn+Esc, keep it pressed and press the power button to turn the
    Acer Aspire One on.
Release Fn+Esc after a few seconds, here you should see the power
    button will be blinking.
    - Press the power button once. The Acer Aspire One will now initiate
the BIOS flash, make sure you don’t interrupt it under any
circumstances. After a while the power button will stop blinking, and
the Acer Aspire One will reboot shortly after.
    - The Acer Aspire One BIOS has been flashed and all settings reset to default.

    Notes:
In case you make a mistake during the Flash Bios procedure and the
Acer Aspire One machine doesn’t reboot by itself, you need to wait at
least 5 minutes before turning it off. This is useful and to be safe"

And all what happens is the power light just blinks... left it on for hours and it just blinks...
is there any other thing i can try for this? I also tried
different flash drive, every usb port, and SD card reader. still no luck.
I am thinking about asking acer how much it would cost to send it back for a fix...
Atleast i know the new bios worked the battery charges now >.< lol....

There are two repair options; Replace the bios chip or Replace the motherboard.

There is a UK company who will change the chip. (Search "jerryt" and "Bios" on this forum)
