How secure is WPA2?

    Well, since you're saying that I might have to upgrade my wireless security as soon as possible, I think that here are some people getting connected to my network specially at nights, thanks for the advice though.

    Any modern router should be using or have available WPA2. It's just a matter of a few mouse clicks to change it from WPA to WPA2 in most cases. Just make sure the encryption is set to AES and not TKIP.

    Well, I tried to switch my security from WPA to WPA2 and it does not let me choose the password, it asks me to place a code and it automatically generates several codes which are the passwords I could use, what is all that about?

    There should be an option to use a passphrase. I don't know the specifics unless you can tell me what make and model of router you have.

    I have WPA2 security but my laptop finds really hard to connect and often we can'T access the internet once everybody is at home (and their smart phones - 5of us). There should be something problem with the device or just the laptops?
