How to attach touchpad cable

    I had to open my AAO, don't asky why, and the touchpad cable came loose completely.

    I can order another one and I know where to attach it via the clips onto the main board but for the life of me I don't know how to attach it to the touchpad. Does it just stick down?

    I would be really grateful if anyone could help me, especially if they can post pictures.

    make the clip upright, insert cable, push the clip down

    But there doesn't seem to be a clip at both ends is there? I know there is one at the amin computer end near the main keyboard cable but what about the other side?

    I know I am probably coming across as rather dim :oops:
