Hi, I am new user of ubuntu. I installed ubuntu remix 9.0.4. I can't connect wireless internet. It works well with wired connection internet.
    Model of my netbook:
    -Acer aspire one (AOA-150-BW)
    -160 GB-Hard drive
    -Model no. ZG5.

During wireless setting I was asked to fill in the followings:
    SSID
    Mode
    BSSID
    MAC address
    MTU

    How/where do I find BSSID & MAC address ?
    Thank you.

The bssid/macaddress can be found in your AP's settings, but shouldn't be needed.

Just left click on the NetworkManager icon (it should be in the top right hand corner), and if you see the network select it. If you do not see the network, click 'Connect to a Hidden Network'. Enter the essid (AP Name) exactly as it is case sensative, select the type of security and enter the password.

    Hit Connect.

    It should save these settings
