How to extend SSD to SDHC in WINDOWS 7?

My Aspire ONE has only 8GB of SSD and when I install Windows 7 it works ok and fast but i needed to extend the storage to my 16GB SDHC. Although the SDHC is detected but i cant extend this and i cant install anything else because I only have 700MB free space.

Another problem is the camera. My camera is not detected in windows 7.

Aspire One AOA 110 - Aw
    Model: ZG5

    Thank you!

Try going into Computer Management, then Disk Management, and see if you can convert the second disk into a Dynamic Disk and have it extend your first disk.
