How to find high contrast display gaming laptop?

Hello. I’m trying to find a gaming laptop with 17.3”, 18.0” or at least 16" size, 240hz and a faster refresh rate screen with good contrast and rich colors. It is also important that the whole laptop chasis or at least part of the screen is made of metal (so that it does not break easily). RTX 40 series is the preferred video card and at least WIN10 operating system. Unfortunately not all companies specify display contrast levels. Sadly there are not yet QLED or microLED gaming laptops, so the choice is between IPS, miniLED or OLED displays which all have disadvantages. As I understand, high refresh displays tend to have lower contrast levels? Are higher resolution displays such as 1440p or 1600p suffering from the same problems or are they more advanced?
