How to grey back in Check for Updates in Firefox

    Hi,

    Subject says it all. How do you go about greying back in Check for Updates in Firefox. I have 3.0.3 which came from Acer Live Update land. As we're now at 3.0.11 I would kind of like to update it.

    Any clues welcome.

    Only way I know would be to uninstall and install via the Macles Blog posting. I suggest you do a full backup before attempting the maneuver.
