HOW TO import XP Speech Recognition Profiles

    Not wishing to retrain Microsoft Speech Recognition on buying an Acer AOA 150bb (XP), I discovered this utility to export mine and my wife's speech profiles from the PC onto a USB stick then import them into Office 2003 on the Acer.

    It's a simple process and we were up and running within 5 minutes

    1) Download the utility from the link above to PC
    2) Insert USB (our profiles were nearly 1gb each)
    3) Unzip then run the .exe file
    4) Select your profile from the dialog box
    5) Hit the Export button to USB
    6) Copy the Speech Recognition .exe to the USB as well
    7) Insert USB into ACER
    8) Run .exe file and Import your profile

    I hope the instructions are easy to follow - please post any amendments
