How to make usb ports work?

    I understand if you start the AAO with the usb device in it will recognize it. But i need to know how to make my system.kext and kernel match. I don't know how to do this i need help. A good guide would help a lot thank you guys!

    there is no guide needed. if you have voodoo kernel or 10.5..5 then you need a 10.5.5 system and seatbelt.kext if you have 10.5.6 with vanilla kernel (which as far as im aware is the only kernel available) you need the 10.5.6 versions of system and seatbelt.kext
