HOW TO REMOVE GAMES ICON

    need help in removing games icon. I deleted the games and i need to remove the icons from desktop. pls help!!

    Are you still looking for help on this?

    I would imagine this could be done by going to /home/user/.config/xfce4/desktop/group-app.xml and deleting that line in the Fun section that looks like....

    <dir sequence="1">/usr/share/applications/desktop-directories/Games.desktop</app>

    ...or something like that.

    Open the file manager, erase everything typed into the "location Bar"
    Just type this line "/home/user/.config/xfce4/desktop/group-app.xml" into the Location Bar
    and press enter. That will open the file for editing. (You might need to enter your
    password to confirm that you have administrator access). Hope this helps.
