Howto : Recover Deleted Files With foremost

Can happen that you delete a file (doc,jpg....) and you want to recover it, it seems at the begining like an impossible mission, but in the reality is possible if you`re lucky for sure. Follow the steps on the unixmen Tutorial to recover deleted files :
