HP Rex Laptop/Notebook

    Hello I recently got a HP Rex laptop that my BF got from a friend. It works well .. only problem is ... The wording/keyboard is in a foreign language. Some of it is in English, oddly. I've tried to download translate (but of course not compatible with my phone.) The F11 button didn't work. Just restarts it. Doesn't reset the whole thing. I've even tried power and a bunch of other buttons, nothing. Please if there's any last resorts (I doubt it, physical impossible), it's GREATLY appreciate! Thank you!
