but is there a fix for jerky iplayer video playback yet? i have W7 and vista and get the same problem. It works poorly on both streaming and downloaded files. I tried the GMA accelerator but made absolutely no difference. any ideas? thanks

Try KMplayer, Zoomplayer, WinDvd 9.0, all working fine for me on Windows XP.

Be sure you have the latest Atheros video driver download - along with Realtek audio, it's an optional download at Windows Update. That update cured common video problems last fall - surprising if recent purchases are still shipping with the old driver, but should be checked.

I think what you meant is Atheros Wifi driver or Intel GMA 945 Graphics Driver..... there's no Atheros video driver.

Pyro - where are you storing the downloaded fiels ? I find that unless the file is on a class 6 SDHC card, the playback is jerky -this is for all video formats (hidef and such like).
