I HAVE AN ACER ZG5 AND MY MIC DOESEN'T WORK

    I have an acer zg5(aoa150), intel atom n270, 1,6GHz, 160 gb hard disk, intel gma 950....and my mic doesn't work, i try to unmark the mic from volume control but in vain. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE.

    I have the exact same issue. Finally got Skype loaded but can't figure out what is wrong with the mic.

    Mic does not work very well here either. Tried some things like installing PulseAudio Device Chooser and trying different settings. Normal audio recording is working however mic in Skype is useless. (I am using Ubuntu netbook edition on my ZG5).
