i need help

    hi i have an acer aspire and need to do a full back to factory setting restore (no disk)
    so iv got to the restore bit by tapping alt and f10 but its asking me for aser empowering tech password does anyone know it or kknow how i can get it

    If no one has changed it, it should be six 0's or six 1's. Try that and let us know what happens.

    tried six 0s ill go and try 6 1s now i cant ever remember setting a password for it. thanks for your reply ill let you know what happens

    no that didnt work is there any way of retrieving it or resetting it ?

    Did you get your computer new or used? You may need to call Acer if it is new...
