I want to discuss the solderless touchscreen kit.

Hi Everyone, this is my first post on here, tho I have been lurking for a little while. I ordered the touchscreen for my aspire one from Toptouchscreen off Ebay on May 11th. On The 28th of May I e-mailed them asking about it and received an e-mail back from them stating that my order had been returned to them damaged and that they were sendign out a new one to me. On June 8th I received the touchscreen in the mail. Not sure if it was the original, or the replacement they said they would mail out.
So I set out to install it and got almost all the way done when I noticed that I was missing the connector that goes from the Touchscreen itself to the controller. I have e-mailed Toptouchscreen again with my problem and have not heard anything back from them yet. Anyone have any Ideas for me?

Rob, sorry to hear about that. Unfortunately this guy isn't very responsive. I actually had to post a non-receipt complaint through PayPal to get my touchscreen from him! Maybe consider doing something like that to get his attention? Essentially the kit is useless without it; I hate to say you'd have to go to such extremes but it's not like you can pick it up at Radio Shack on the way to the grocery store.
