Iatkos 5i 10.5.6 little keyboard issue

Hi, i'm using iatkos upgraded to 10.5.6 eith voodoo kernel.
I've a lillte issue: so i exchanged by system preferences/keyboard the modifier keys to have the command key on the "home" of aspire one and the alt at the right place.
With my old installation iatkos 4i it work perfecly but now with 5i when i reboot suddelny the modifier keys resets to default.
Some solution?
I've also tried to replace the pref panels with a new one from a working intallation on a real mac at the same version 'cause i suppose it may be corrupted.. but nothing....
