IM, mail and calendar dont work

    I delete ( dont know why -i am newbie- ) libpurple but i download it again. IM, mail and calendar stop working. I click on IM, blue circle and then nothing.

    From tha add/remove programm. I try to install aMSN but it not work. Somewhere say that aMSN need libpurple package and i delete to install the newest one. But then the IM, mail and calendar dont work. sorry for the bad english

    They'll probably all depend on an older version of libpurple. Check in add/remove programs and see if there's any updated versions of those applications, if not then try removing the version of libpurple you've install and remove pidgin, then reinstall pidgin and hopefully it'll include the correct version of libpurple as a dependency
