Import MS Outlook Contacts into Aspire One Mail?

    1. Is it possible to import MS Outlook 2003 Contacts (currently on a Windoze laptop) into the Aspire One Mail Contacts, running on Linpus?

    2. If not, is this possible with Thunderbird if I move to using it? PLEASE don't just say "you should use Thunderbird anyway" - I'm OK with the basic email software as long as I can get my contacts imported.
