Improved gaming performance on Windows 7?

    As above really.

    Just curious if the new OS can improve FPS... as I haven't installed it yet, I wouldn't know!

    I noticed a slight increase in FPS while playing Sauerbraten, both on my desktop and netbook.

    The desktop hits 40+ FPS in most maps with decent effects, and my netbook seems to be able to handle most maps with minimal effects at 20-80 (what) FPS. Of course, the 80 is in very easy-to-render areas... but it still shocks me a bit that the GMA can do that.
