Just to reiterate the issue that I posted in the Big Live Update topic.

Everytime I try a live update I get a "Incorrect Information File" error
It states "Please re-run live update again to fix the problem"
Despite rerunning the live update the error is the same.
I must have run it 20 times now...... any ideas??

    Cheers

I'm getting the exact same error message as is mentioned here..."Incorrect Information File" when trying to update, I just received my AAO today, am a complete novice when it comes to Linux and have done nothing to it other than getting online. Does anybody have any advice, keeping in mind I know virtually nothing about Linux? Thank you.

Have you asked Acer? Since it has happen so soon after getting your AAO's and you have done nothing to your AAO. Then IMO Acer should provide an answer.
