    Hello,

I have an Acer Apire One Zg5 AOA 150-1049 and it's running Ubuntu 9.10. When I plug it into the Infocus Projector, the screen goes blank, or flickers and the computer crashes. I've searched the net for info, but nothing seems just like my computer (for instance http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1395876).

    My video card info is:
    -display:0
    description: VGA compatible controller
product: Mobile 945GME Express Integrated Graphics Controller
    vendor: Intel Corporation
    physical id: 2
    bus info: pci@0000:00:02.0
    version: 03
    width: 32 bits
    clock: 33MHz
    capabilities: bus_master cap_list rom
    configuration: driver=i915 latency=0
    resources: irq:16 memory:58480000-584fffff ioport:60c0(size=8) memory:40000000-4fffffff(prefetchable) memory:58500000-5853ffff
    *-display:1 UNCLAIMED
    description: Display controller
product: Mobile 945GM/GMS/GME, 943/940GML Express Integrated Graphics Controller
    vendor: Intel Corporation
    physical id: 2.1
    bus info: pci@0000:00:02.1
    version: 03
    width: 32 bits
    clock: 33MHz
    capabilities: bus_master cap_list
    configuration: latency=0
    resources: memory:58400000-5847ffff

So the Infocus projector says my computer stats are such when plugged in:
    resolutions 1024x768
    verticial refresh 59.8 HZ
    horizontal refresh is 48.20 kHz

The config file on X11 is called XvMCConfig

The display gui in Ubuntu says I have
    1024x600 for 16:9
    640X480 for 4:3
It crashes when I choose either

    Hope someone can help me.

    Thanks
