install 4in one printer/scanner

    I am using aspire one linux, and Brother DCP-130c, the printer in the settings found my printer, but how can i config the scanner, can i use the driver downloaded from the Brother web site?

    You need "sane" installed, configured for your scanner and the service started. For a graphics frontend, install "xsane". For an easy way to configure your scanner try installing and using the Fedora tool, "system-config-scanner".

    How about the the driver provided by Brohter? I can't find my model in the Sane web site

    I have never owned a Brother device before. However, I just checked it out for you- the drivers on the Brother's site:

    http://solutions.brother.com/linux/sol/printer/linux/sane_drivers.html

    are actually sane drivers. So yes, use it.
